Shipping Policies

All Monterey Farms Products are shipped via Fed-Ex Ground (Home Delivery) as the standard method for your convenience where applicable. The Fed-Ex shipping charges are a straight pass through of Monterey Farms contracted rates with Fed-Ex. We reserve the right to ship by any carrier at our discretion if necessary. Please supply a street address for your delivery as Fed-Ex does not allow the shipment to PO Boxes.

Expedited Shipping

There are some geographic locations where Ground delivery will take too many days, or that the climate is exceedingly warm. In these cases, the shipping choices available will exclude “ground” and only allow the appropriate expedited shipping methods, so that the product will arrive cold. Our shopping bag allows you to choose five other expedited shipping methods at checkout with the associated charges listed.

International Shipping

At this time, Monterey Farms can only ship products to destinations within North America. The buyer is responsible for clearing customs, brokerage fees, duty, taxes and any other applicable import expenses.

All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Order Fulfillment

All Monterey Farms Products are perishable and must remain under refrigeration. Therefore, we will ship orders within three to five days of receipt, in order to accommodate delivery by Fed-Ex during the normal business week, (Monday through Friday) via the appropriate Fed-Ex Delivery Method.

All Products are fresh and made to order.

Monterey Farms Products are packed in Styrofoam Shipping Containers and packed with ice packs in order to facilitate the refrigeration requirement.

Our goal is to assure that Monterey Farms Products arrive at your doorstep promptly and in the absolutely best condition, ready for your enjoyment.
