Our unique, all-natural proprietary process promotes the natural value of the artichoke and gives the consumer a healthy alternative to canned or jarred artichoke products, which are usually packed in oil or brine. Because Monterey Farms artichokes are made with natural ingredients, their taste, texture and quality is comparable to fresh cooked artichokes.
